Healthy Makhana Chaat Recipe
Ingredients:
- Makhana/ Fox nut 1 and half cup
- Raw Peanuts 3/4 cup
- Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Tomato 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Cucumber 1 small (finely chopped )
- Carrot 1/2 (grated)
- Raw mango 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Beetroot 1 small (either blanched and finely chopped or grated)
- Coriander or Parsley 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice
- Oil/ Desi ghee 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate 1/4 cup (for topping)
How To Make Healthy Makhana Chaat Recipe:
- Add ghee to a heated pan and roast the makhana and the peanuts until crunchy and keep aside.
- Mix all the other ingredients with the roasted makhana and peanuts and mix well.
- Serve instantly topped with some pomegranate and Enjoy!
