Ingredients You Will Need
For this sandwich, you will require:
- 200 grams hung curd
- 1/4 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cucumber, grated
- 3-4 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 jeera (cumin) powder
- A pinch of chilli flakes
- A pinch of black pepper
- According to taste, salt
- 1/2 mustard seeds (rai)
- A few curry leaves (curry patta)
- Slices of bread (white or brown)
- 1-2 ghee teaspoons

How to Prepare
In a bowl, put hung curd. Add grated carrot, cucumber, onion, and green chillies. Add jeera powder, black pepper, chilli flakes, and salt. Mix all of them well to prepare the filling.
Spread the curd mixture thinly over one slice of bread and top it with another slice of bread to create a sandwich.
Tadka & Toasting
Heat a pan or a tawa. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and ghee. Let them crackle. Put the sandwich in the pan and toast on both sides until golden brown. The tadka makes it crispy and gives a special taste.
