- 15–20 digestive biscuits (or Marie biscuits)
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup butter
- 300 gms paneer
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2–3 tbsp pista
- 1/4 cup icing sugar or mishri powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 mangoes, chopped
How to Make It
- Crush the biscuits with cashews and butter, mix well, and press into a baking dish.
- Bake the base at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- In a blender, blitz paneer, milk, pista, sugar, and vanilla essence until smooth. Add lemon zest.
- Once the base cools, layer chopped mangoes, pour the filling on top, smoothen it, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with more mangoes and pista. Serve chilled.
