With Chef Nehal Karkera sugar-free Srikhand Pots which bring all the deliciousness of this classic Indian dessert, but with a nourishing touch.

Why this is a must-try sweet for Diwali

These Srikhand Pots can whip up quickly which makes it quick and super-easy to make. Also, because every other person is eating healthy and clean because of various disease like diabetes which makes it perfect as it is sugar-free with natural sweetener fruits.

Ingredients

  • 500g Yogurt (to make hung curd approx. 250-300g)
  • ½ tsp Saffron Strands, soaked in 2-3 tbsp warm milk
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 3 tbsp Stevia, or to taste
  • Fruits: Kiwi, Dragon Fruit, Pomegranate, and Pineapple for topping
  • Chopped Almonds, Pistachios, or Cashews to garnish
  • Edible Gold Leaf for garnish (optional)

Process

  • Place 500g yogurt in a muslin cloth, tie it, and hang for 45 mins. 
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, saffron milk, cardamom powder, and Stevia. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
  • Pipe the srikhand into shot glasses.
  • Top with kiwi, dragon fruit, pomegranate seeds, and pineapple pieces.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and edible gold leaf if desired.
