Ingredients:

  • Roasted chana
  • Ginger
  • Green Chilli
  • Mint Leaves
  • Curd
  • Black Salt
  • Water

How to make Sattu buttermilk:

  • Take 1/2 cup roasted chana
  • Remove the skin of roasted chana & put it in a blender jar.
  • With Chana, add a small piece of ginger.
  • Add 1 green chilli.
  • And add a small bunch of mint leaves.
  • Grind everything and make a powder.
  • Protein packed Sattu powder is ready. You can store it for 10 days in fridge.
  • Now, in a blender jar, add 1 cup curd.
  • Add some black salt & roasted cumin seeds powder.
  • Add 2 tbs of Sattu powder.
  • Add water as required
  • Blend everything together
  • Sattu chaas is ready; serve it chilled & have it everyday for that extra dose of protein.
