Quick Recipe Rundown
Main Stir-Fry:
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 150g tofu or low-fat paneer
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Salt to taste
Spicy Peanut Sauce:
- 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 soaked dry red chillies
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp of thick curd/yoghurt
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Method:
Marinate broccoli and tofu well. Stir-fry for about 2–3 minutes until it's perfectly golden. Blend well the sauce ingredients, pour over the stir-fry, mix it well, and enjoy!
