Tanvi shares the incident of a young woman approaching her while she was working out in the gym. Captivated by her perfect physique, she asks Tanvi for tips to achieve such a body. Following a workout and diet plan from the trainer was not working well for her. While Tanvi was about to give her a spiel on consistency, she asked her to show the workout plan.The poorly designed workout plan, with the same exercises repeated every day, left Tanvi stunned. She suggested the young lady plan her workouts with a leg day, upped body and core to build a strong physique. Following the rule, she should multiply them by two, and so on and so forth.
What one eats determines the physique to a greater extent. When asked about the diet plan, the young woman followed some low-calorie meals from Instagram. Tanvi suggested she have a one-third cup of raw oats in the morning, water with protein powder, and smoothies. Her jaw dropped when told to follow the plans for 8-10 months. Setting a high goal with a limited period is what everyone looks for.
Tanvi not only aims to transform body shapes but minds too. One can not achieve a high-set goal without determination and consistency. Following her aim to assist her audience, she introduced to TNV Transform Program in the caption of her reel.
