Shehnaaz Gill's Diet Plan:
Speaking to Melbiflask, she said, "Lots of water throughout the day; about 3-4 liters. I also eat soaked dry fruits." She has also mentioned what she likes in her breakfast, she said, “I eat granola and curd with poha." For lunch, she takes veggies, daal, and roti with ghee. For snakes, she only has roasted makhanas and salads. For dinner, she goes desi like she is and has khichdi or soup with curd.
"For lunch, I go veggies and roti with ghee and dal too. I eat homemade snacks like roasted makhanas. Dinner is light like soup, khichdi, and dahi."
