Have a Glass of Water

Rujuta suggests that not drink water quickly. Rather, sit down calmly and then drink water sip-by-sip.

Have Pulpy Fruits Or Dates

Try to consume any pulpy fruit between 11 am and 1 pm. Those fruits can be Sitaphal (Custard Apple), Banana, Chikoo (Sapodilla) or more. Not very much fond of fruits or if fruits are not available, you can also eat dates.

Jaggery and Ghee

No matter when you finish your lunch, do not forget to eat Jaggery and Ghee so that you don't suffer from headaches or bloating later in the night.
