Hydration and Gratitude
Every morning, Rohit starts by hydrating himself—two glasses of water kickstart his day. "My morning routine starts with drinking two glasses of water because it's very important," Rohit emphasizes. Gratitude is another key aspect of his routine. He takes a moment to appreciate the little joys of the previous day, jotting them down. "I express gratitude for the small things in my life... as simple as someone making coffee for me and serving it with a smile. I write those things down and am grateful for them."
Mindfulness and Movement
Mindfulness is an essential ingredient of his mornings. He spends ten precious minutes listening to a positive video, absorbing new perspectives, and cultivating a positive mindset." I believe movement is very important because there are many times when you feel good when you move. It involves the body, mind, and soul— all these three things need to be nourished," he explains. "So, my soul and mind are nourished when I listen to the video and express gratitude about things. Then, my body is nourished when I do some movements."
Workout and Sleep
Rohit believes that our body, mind, and soul need to move and stay active. He diligently follows a workout regimen, incorporating weight training, HIIT workouts, running, or yoga. "It's mostly 4-5 days of weight training and 3 days of HIT workouts, running, or yoga—something that has to do with flexibility," For Rohit, quality sleep is a non-negotiable part of his routine. He understands its direct connection to mental calmness and success. Rohit shares. "Sleep is also very important as it has a direct connection to your mind and soul. You feel calm when you sleep well. These are the things that I always make sure to follow."
These simple yet profound morning practices set the tone for his day, giving him the energy and positivity he needs to conquer new heights. Rohit's message is clear: Taking care of your mind and body is the true path to success.
