Cervical Dynamics Exercises
Variation 1: Sit comfortably and hold a resistance band with both hands. Take your arm overhead and try to pull it away from your body. Repeat for 10 repetitions.
Variation 2: Sit with your arms in front of you and hold the resistance band. Pull the band away from your body, moving your arms outwards. Repeat for 10 repetitions.
Stretching Exercises
- Front Stretch: Place your hands on top of your head and gently pull your chin down, keeping your back straight. Hold for 10 counts and repeat for 10 repetitions.
- Sideways Stretch: Place one hand above your head on the opposite side and tilt your neck towards the right shoulder. Try to touch the tip of your ear to the tip of your shoulder. Repeat on the other side.
