Fitness enthusiast Nriti S shares her all-time favorite at-home HIIT circuit—a high-intensity routine that deeply targets every muscle group, boosts stamina, and torches the calories.
Perfect for the busy schedules, this 50-minute circuit blends together cardio, strength, and core training, giving you the maximum results without any fancy gym equipment.
The Workout Breakdown-
1 min Rebounder Warm-Up:
Jogging, star jumps, or some shuffle jumps to get the heart pumping regularly.
Kickboxing Punches:
25 reps on each side — single and double arms. Really great for arms and cardio.
Single Leg Lifts:
25 reps on each side to effectively tone your lower body and improve the stability.
Stepper Exercise:
25 reps in each leg to build great strength in glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
Star Jumps:
50 reps to elevate your heart rate well and to burn fat.
Side Bends with Rod:
100 twists and side bends to perfectly sculpt your waist and strengthen to the core.
Plank (2 mins):
A killer finish to perfectly engage your abs and improve its endurance.
Repeat the circuit for about 5 rounds – adjust it based on your stamina. Total time: ~50 minutes.
