"I've Been Training Intensively..."
Talking about her fitness, she said, "I've been training intensively for about two to three months now, focusing on basic weight training to improve my fitness routine and prepare for my role as a cop. This training includes action sequences that require me to be fit. I started my fitness journey two years ago, and it has significantly changed my life."
"I've Been On A Calorie-Count Diet..."
She added, "For the past two months, I've been on a calorie-count diet prescribed by my nutritionist and trainer, emphasizing low carbs and high protein. I work out five to six days a week, doing weight training and occasionally yoga. This routine has been a part of my life for the last few months and has been incredibly beneficial."
"I Strictly Avoid Dairy..."
She was also questioned about her diet, to which, she replied, "I am on a low-calorie, high-protein diet and am practicing veganism. I strictly avoid dairy and get my protein from a vegetarian diet. My main sources of protein are beans, sprouts, and plant-based proteins. This diet has been working well for me, and I follow it rigorously to support my fitness goals."
