  • Fennel – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom – 4-5
  • Black pepper – 7-8
  • Poppy seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Rock sugar – according to taste
  • Black salt – according to taste
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ice cubes

Recipe:

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Add 1/4 cup large fennel, green cardamom, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.
  • Crush the rock sugar using a crusher.
  • Add all of the ingredients in a grinding jar and make a fine powder.
  • Filter the powder through a strainer.
  • The fennel syrup is now ready. You may keep it in the refrigerator for six to eight months.
  • To make three different types of fennel sherbet, take 1 glass and add 1 teaspoon of sherbet mixture to all the glasses.
  • Fill the glass with water and mix well.
  • Add ice cubes, mix well, and enjoy!
