Ingredients:
- Fennel – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom – 4-5
- Black pepper – 7-8
- Poppy seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Rock sugar – according to taste
- Black salt – according to taste
- Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ice cubes
Recipe:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Add 1/4 cup large fennel, green cardamom, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.
- Crush the rock sugar using a crusher.
- Add all of the ingredients in a grinding jar and make a fine powder.
- Filter the powder through a strainer.
- The fennel syrup is now ready. You may keep it in the refrigerator for six to eight months.
- To make three different types of fennel sherbet, take 1 glass and add 1 teaspoon of sherbet mixture to all the glasses.
- Fill the glass with water and mix well.
- Add ice cubes, mix well, and enjoy!
