Apple Cider Vinegar

Honey

This relaxation of the LES may lead to the reversal of stomach acid flow into the oesophagus, contributing to the worsening of acid reflux symptoms. Individuals prone to acid reflux should be cautious with peppermint consumption to prevent potential exacerbation of their condition.
