Bhagyashree's 10-Minute Exercise Routine

She shared one easy and quick exercise to get rid of excess fat which is ‘Pulse Arm Movement'.

How to Do It:

1) Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2) Hold your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.

3) Without moving your shoulders or back, pulse your arms:

  • Pulse upwards for 20 counts.
  • Pulse downwards for 20 counts.
  • Pulse forward for 20 counts.
  • Pulse backward for 20 counts.

Keep your movements controlled and steady. The focus is on the upper arms and shoulders. This exercise will work to strengthen the shoulder.

After that do the stretching to reduce muscle tightness, also stretching will help to reduce lactic acid build-up which can happen post-exercise.
