- Have Gulkand: Once you are back from a party, have a teaspoon of gulkand followed by warm water. This will help you feel light the next morning.
- Massage your soles: Massage the soles of your feet with a drop of ghee till your palms feel warm. This will help you sleep better and wake up fresh and rejuvenated.
- Again have Gulkand: Once you are up the next morning, again have a teaspoon of gulkand followed by warm water. This will help you feel light the next morning.
- Have Fresh Fruits: A few minutes later post gulkand, have a banana or any fresh fruit.
- Meal within 60-90 minutes: Within the next 60-90 minutes have a warm breakfast or lunch depending on the time you woke up.
- 20-minute workout: Ensure to do a 20-minute workout before heading out for the next party.
