- Ushir (vetiver): A handful for one glass (wash 2-3 times, boil and strain)
- Munnaka (black raisins): 2 tbsp
- Mishri (rock sugar): As per taste
- Sauf (fennel seeds): 1 tsp
- Rose petals: A handful

- Prepare Vetiver Water: Boil vetiver in water and cool it down to room temperature.
- Soak Raisins: Soak munnaka for 3-4 hours.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine the soaked munnaka, mishri, sauf, and rose petals with the cooled vetiver water. Blend well.
- Make the Drink: Use the blended mixture to prepare the drink. Add more vetiver water to achieve the desired consistency (1 glass of water to 30-35 ml of the medicinal mixture). Optionally, add soaked chia seeds.
Note:
Avoid adding too much mishri if you are diabetic. This drink is not a treatment but helps to cool down your pitta. For chronic health issues, seek treatment for the root cause.
