Rajat Dalal Surrenders Before Faridabad Police in Hit-and-Run

Popular fitness influencer Rajat Dalal, who remains in the news for his controversial videos has landed in legal trouble. Recently, his video of hitting a biker while overspeeding at over 140 kmph on a busy Faridabad road went viral on social media, sparking public outrage. 

Rajat Dalal's Hit And Run Case:

After hitting the biker, he said, “Gir gaya, koi baat nahi. Roz ka yahi kaam hai ma'am [He fell down, no big deal. This is an everyday thing, ma'am].” His remark didn't go well with the netizens and they slammed him and asked Faridabad police to take strict action against him.

Rajat Dalal Surrenders Before Faridabad Police:

Leading to Faridabad police to take suo moto cognizance and register a case against him. Dalal has now surrendered before the Sarai Khawaja Police Station in Faridabad in connection with a reckless driving incident. Taking to platform X, the police headquarters has shared the details. They wrote," “Accused Rajat Dalal appeared before the police in the case of negligent and dangerous driving, and action was taken as per the law. The video went viral on social media, and police took suo moto cognizance and registered a case."

The post has garnered lots of reactions. A user wrote, "Sir I request to tell you what max punishment he will get? I know the rules and regulations he will get bail in one hearing only and then tarik pe tarik, tarik pe tarik. Prove me if I am wrong." Another commented, "Finally, it's good thing happened. Btw, cancel his driving license!!"

About His Controversies:

This is not the first time, he is in legal trouble. Earlier, he was arrested by the police after a complaint by a student who accused him of abduction, torture, and assault. Several reports are going viral that claim Dalal inhumanely mistreated a student by smearing cow dung on his face and forcing him to clean a toilet. Rajat Dalal further urinated on the student's face.
