Kai Carlo Cenat III, a well-known streamer with millions of followers on platforms like YouTube and Twitch, organized an impromptu event to distribute PlayStation 5 game consoles. The gathering, which lacked a city permit, gained rapid popularity through a viral social media post.

As the scheduled giveaway time approached, the crowd grew restless and unruly. Objects were hurled, fireworks were set off, and clashes between attendees and law enforcement officers ensued. The situation escalated to a Level 4 mobilization. The highest-level police response was initiated.
