With her latest YouTube video, Tejasswi shared her on-set diet for a day. Beginning her day with a cup of tea, Tejasswi leaves for the set and drinks a bottle of juice on the way. Filled with healthy ingredients, her juice provides carbohydrates and proteins to energize her throughout the day. To maintain a healthy liquid diet, she drinks Mosambi juice.

Because of her hectic schedule throughout the day, Tejasswi doesn't get much time to eat at the right time. She eats to ensure that she is energized enough for her shoot. Sharing her secret to fitness, Tejasswi shares Oziva's protein and herbs shake. Moving on to the next meal, she eats some Idli and samosas on her set. After having bites from it, she drinks coconut water.

What's for Lunch and Dinner?

For the next meal, Tejaswi eats lunch packed from her home. It contains the right amount of carbs and proteins. She practices Vajrasana for half an hour which helps her digest lunch. After lunch, Tejasswi drinks black coffee, which is known to be a natural fat burner. Afterwards, she adds fruits to her diet. To spice up her day with snacks, she eats Bhel on the set. It is followed by a mixture of water, chia seeds, honey and lemon. After the pack up, Tejasswi enjoys Dosa, Idli and Pav Bhaji for dinner.

Tejasswi maintains a balanced diet by consuming different meals and drinks. In addition to eating snacks and dinner, she adds drinks and fruits to keep a healthy life.
