What is your go-to exercise for a quick energy boost?

My go-to exercise is Burpees.

How do you stay motivated to work out regularly?

I desire to age strong & gracefully. When I look at my parents experiencing a hard and unpleasant old age - I turn to myself and say, I don't want to be in the same condition as theirs and this thought of aging with several problems, pushes me to exercise every single day.

What is your favorite healthy snack or meal?

Chia pudding, rice and fish curry, sushi

What is the most challenging fitness goal you've achieved so far?

I was training and running my first full marathon and hitting a sub-3. It's an achievement I'll never forget.

What is your favorite form of cardio exercise?

My favorite cardio is dancing and running.

Do you prefer working out alone or with a partner?

I always prefer working out in a group because I believe healthy competition is where the real growth happens. Everyone in the group motivates each other to set targets/goals and achieve them which is the real growth in fitness.

What is your top tip for fitting exercise into a busy schedule?

Work out for 10 minutes outside your bathroom before you get in for a shower. Climb the stairs multiple times a day. Walk everywhere you can.

How do you overcome workout plateaus and keep making progress?

Keep changing the programming of your workout, adding a new workout or a sport.

What is your favorite way to recover and relax after a tough workout?

Eat a good balanced meal & a good sleep.

What is your favorite way to celebrate a fitness accomplishment?

Get a beer & cake

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance while prioritizing fitness?

I can only work & be the best mother & wife If I work out.

What is your biggest fitness goal for the future?

I can lift heavier weights, be in the best shape, attempt a triathlon, and make my daughter an Olympian.

What is your advice for someone who is just starting on their fitness journey?

Start slow, start with doing what you love. Don't make too many changes at once. Consistency is the only way.
